1. Refund Eligibility
At Glowinh we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please check the following terms to determine if your purchase qualifies for a refund:
- You must submit a refund request within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Refund of the Purchase Price
If you meet the criteria for a refund, we will process your refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow [number of days, e.g. 5-10 business days] for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Shipping Cost Refund
If your return is due to an error on our part or if the item you received is defective or damaged, we will refund the original shipping costs associated with your order. However, if the return is due to personal preference or other reasons unrelated to the condition of the item, the original shipping costs may not be refunded.
4. Refund of Return Shipping Costs
If you are eligible for a refund of return shipping costs, you will be responsible for covering the initial return shipping costs. Once we receive and process your returned item(s), we will refund your return shipping costs. To request a refund of return shipping costs, you must provide a copy of your shipping receipt.
5. How to Initiate a Refund
To submit a refund request, follow these steps:
- Please contact our Customer Service Team to request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).
- If possible, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Clearly indicate the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Send the package to the address provided with the RA number.
- Please keep a copy of the proof of postage for reimbursement of return shipping costs, if applicable.
